Central to our way of working is the concept of lean manufacturing, which encompasses every aspect of our service offering as we look to continually improves our processes, quality, and service by eliminating unnecessary cost and time wastage.
We currently employ around 15 staff, made up of estimators, fitter welders, fabricators, and general engineers all certified against ISO 9606.1:2017, including our own in-house HERA qualified IIW (B) Welding Supervisor carrying out welding supervision activities as set out in AS 2214:2004
Our large, purpose-built workshop is backed up with fully equipped mobile workshops and crane trucks for site works. Our skilled personnel have extensive experience delivering structural steel and metalwork projects to a range of clients across Whangarei, Kaipara, and surrounds.
Arcwell Engineering was founded in 2002 when the current owners purchased Campbell Engineering. In 2018 we acquired Parahaki Engineering, which gave us the needed increase in building space and capacity to start the next phase of business growth. Today we can offer a range of engineering services to companies and individuals throughout Auckland and Northland.

As steel is a 100% recyclable material we accept all excess, offcuts and scrappage, which we send for recycling by our recycling partners, where it can be returned into fresh material, supporting the circular economy and reducing manufacturing emissions.
